About Meg Palmer
Hello!Hi, I’m Meg.
31yr old Mum of three (Harry 9, Hugo 7, Amelia 6) living in the countryside just south of York.
Nine years ago, after my first baby, I was exactly where you might be now - an weak core, aching back, exhausted, and barely recognising my own body.
After three natural births, Pilates helped me rebuild my strength, fix my posture, and get my energy (and my joy for life!) back, all without leaving the house.
I trained as a professional ballerina in Australia before becoming a mum, so I understand movement deeply. But it’s my real experience as a busy York mum that means I truly get it - the heavy school bags, chaotic mornings, and zero time for yourself!
I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Pilates Teaching from London Pilates Academy (CIMPSA endorsed). Now I bring that combination of professional training and mum reality straight into your living room.
